Asking for time off
- How your crew asks for time offThey type the days in their own words, pick what it's for, and send it to an approver from their own WhatsApp.

- Cancel or change time offUnder Coming up, tap Cancel or Change dates, then tell the approver from your own WhatsApp.

Approving
- Approve or denyTap the link in the crew member's message, then Approve or Deny; no sign-in, and the same screen has the buttons to tell them and the crew.

- Tell the crew in their groupAfter you approve, Tell the crew opens WhatsApp with "Mike is off Friday, approved" filled in; you pick the group.
- Pick who approvesJobber's account owner and admins approve to start; change it per person on Crew.
- If nobody answers a requestSend it again from Coming up, send it to another approver, or have the office answer it on Requests.

Jobber
- Connect JobberConnecting Jobber brings in your team with their phone numbers and lets approved time off go on the schedule.
- Time off on the Jobber scheduleApproved time off becomes an all-day task assigned to that person, so nobody books them on a day off.
- Add someone who isn't in JobberAdd a name and a mobile number on Crew; they ask and get approved the same way, but their time off isn't put on a Jobber schedule.
Your crew
- Time off types and balancesYou decide the types and how many days each person gets; Crew Off counts them down.
- Change someone's days or balanceSet one person's days for this year on Crew; the days they've used come from approved time off, and cancelling gives them back.
- When someone leaves the crewSwitch them off on Crew, or deactivate them in Jobber and sync; their invite stops working and their history stays.
- WhatsApp or MessagesMessages open in WhatsApp unless you switch the company, or one person, to Messages: iMessage on an iPhone, a text otherwise.
Setup and account
- Company name, time zone and work daysDates and times follow your company's time zone, and balances count your work days.
- Time zones and datesEvery date and time in Crew Off is in your company's time zone, which decides what "today" and "Friday" mean and when the Jobber task starts and ends.
- Sign inSign in with Google or a code sent to your email; approving from a link needs no sign-in.
- Add someone to the officeAn owner makes an invite link in Settings and sends it from their own phone; it works once, for 14 days.
- Terms and privacyWhere the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are, how you agree to them, and what Crew Off keeps about your crew.
- Export your data or close your accountDownload your records as spreadsheets, stop using Crew Off, or delete your company, with 60 days to change your mind.
