Export your data or close your account

Your crew's requests and balances are yours. Here's what you can do yourself today, and what to ask us for.

See your history

Requests shows everything: Waiting, Coming up, and History for the rest. Each request opens to show who asked, the type, the days, and who approved or denied it.

Download your records

In Settings, open Company and use Download your records. Anyone in the office can. You get your Requests, Crew, Balances and History as spreadsheets, or Everything in one file. Times are in your company's time zone. Invite and approve links are never in the download.

Stop using Crew Off

You can stop at any time:

1. In Settings, under Connections, tap Disconnect Jobber. Crew Off stops reading your team and stops writing tasks. Your crew and history stay. Time off tasks already on your Jobber schedule stay there; delete them in Jobber if you want them gone.
2. On Crew, switch people off. Their invite links stop working. See When someone leaves the crew.
3. Take someone out of the office in Settings, under Office, with Remove.

Delete your company

Only an owner can delete a company. In Settings, open Company and press Delete this company. Type the company's name to confirm, then press the red button.

Right away, everyone in the office and on the crew loses access. Invite links and approve links stop working, connected AI assistants are turned off, and Jobber is disconnected. Nothing in Jobber is deleted: time off already on the schedule stays there.

Download your records first, in the same place.

Crew Off keeps your records for 60 days after you delete the company. In that time you can email hello@crewcabstudios.com to get a copy or to open the company again. After 60 days everything is erased for good, including the accounts of people who were only on your company. The Privacy Policy has the details.

If you were in the office or on the crew of a company that was deleted, you'll see a page saying so the next time you open Crew Off. You can start a company of your own from there.

Just leaving a crew

A crew member who leaves doesn't need to do anything. The office switches them off, and their sign-in stops opening that company. To have your own account deleted, write to us at the same address.
