When someone leaves the crew
Switch them off on Crew, or deactivate them in Jobber and sync; their invite stops working and their history stays.
Nobody is ever deleted from Crew Off. Switching someone off keeps their requests and history, and they can be switched back on.
Switch them off
On Crew, under their name, turn off On (can ask for time off).
If they're on your Jobber team, you can deactivate them in Jobber instead, then tap Sync the team on Crew. Anyone Jobber lists as deactivated, or who is gone from your Jobber team, is switched off.
What happens
- They can't open their page or ask for time off. Their invite link stops working.
- They're no longer sent requests, and their approve links stop working, if they could approve.
- Their past requests stay on Requests, under History.
- Their name moves to the bottom of Crew, marked off.
Time off they had booked
Switching someone off doesn't cancel anything. If they had approved time off coming up, open it from Coming up on Requests and tap Cancel this time off. That takes the task off their Jobber schedule. A request still waiting can be denied the same way.
If they approved time off
Before you switch off someone who approves, make sure someone else has Can approve on. Requests already sent to them can still be answered by another approver, or by the office on Requests. See If nobody answers a request.
If they come back
Turn On (can ask for time off) back on. Their days and history are where they left them. If they need to sign in again, tap Send the invite again to and their name.
