If nobody answers a request

Crew Off doesn't send reminders: it never sends anything itself. A request waits until someone answers it, and the time off isn't booked until then.

For the crew member

On your page, under Coming up, a request that's still waiting is marked asked and has Send again. Tap it to get the Send to buttons back: one for each approver. Each opens your own WhatsApp, or Messages, with the request and that approver's link filled in.

• Send it to the same approver again as a reminder.
• Or send it to a different approver. Any approver's link can answer it, and the first answer counts.

If there are no Send to buttons, nobody is set up to approve yet. Tell your boss.

For the office

Everything waiting is on Requests, under Waiting, with Approve or deny. The office, signed in, can answer any request, whoever it was sent to.

If the approver is away

Switch on Can approve for someone else on Crew, then the crew member taps Send again and sends it to them. See Pick who approves.

If the message never arrived

The message went from the crew member's own phone, so check it went: it's in their WhatsApp chat with the approver. If the button didn't open WhatsApp, see If a WhatsApp link doesn't open.
