Tell the crew in their group
After you approve, Tell the crew opens WhatsApp with "Mike is off Friday, approved" filled in; you pick the group.
Crew Off never posts in your groups. Tell the crew opens WhatsApp with the words filled in, and you pick the group and send.
Where the button is
- On the request, right after you approve.
- On Requests, next to every approved request under Coming up.
- On a crew member's page, after they cancel approved time off.
What it says
- After approving: "Mike is off Friday, approved".
- After approved time off is cancelled: "Mike is working Friday after all".
WhatsApp or Messages
It opens in the company's app (Settings, Company, Messages open in). In Messages, pick or type the group. See WhatsApp or Messages.
Nobody is picked for you, so it never goes to the wrong chat by itself.
