Sign in

There's no password. Sign in one of two ways:

• Continue with Google, with the Google account that has your email.
• Type your email and tap Email me a code. We send a six-digit code and a link. Type the code, or open the link on the same phone or computer.

You stay signed in for about three months on that phone or computer. Approving from the link in a crew member's message needs no sign-in at all.

The crew

Your crew signs in once, from the invite you send them, and is tied to their name on your crew from then on. Later, they sign in the same way, with the same email or Google account. See Invite your crew.

Didn't get the code

• Wait a minute, and check spam or junk.
• Check the email for typos. Use a different email starts again.
• Tap Send a new code. There's a short wait between codes, and a limit each hour.
• Or use Continue with Google.

The code doesn't work

A code lasts 15 minutes, and only the newest one works. Five wrong tries cancel it: ask for a new one. After too many wrong codes in an hour, the page says to try again in an hour; Google still works.

Signed in as the wrong person

Tap Sign out in Crew Off, then sign in with the right email. A crew member who joined with the wrong email: ask the office to tap New invite link for them, then join again with the right one.
