Invite your crew

On Crew, each person has Send invite to and their name. It opens your WhatsApp, or Messages, with their own invite link filled in: "Hi Mike, join Ridgeline Landscaping on Crew Off to ask for time off". Press send.

What they do

1. Tap the link. It opens Join as Mike Torres.
2. Tap Sign in to join, and sign in with Google or a code sent to their email.
3. They land on their own page, Your time off. See What your crew sees.

They stay signed in for about three months, and can add Crew Off to their home screen.

On Crew, their name then says joined, and the button becomes Send the invite again to.

The link is theirs

Once someone has joined with it, nobody else can. If it went to the wrong person, press New invite link. The old link stops working and you can send the new one.

No Send invite button

They have no phone number. Add it in Jobber and tap Sync the team, or, for someone added by hand, type it under their name and tap Save number.

Approvers

Someone who only approves doesn't need to join: requests reach them with their own link, and the link works without signing in. Invite them too if they'll ask for their own time off.
