Add someone to the office
An owner makes an invite link in Settings and sends it from their own phone; it works once, for 14 days.
The office is whoever runs Crew Off for the company: owners and office staff. They approve time off, see Requests, and manage Crew and Settings.
- Open Settings, then Office.
- Press Invite someone to the office, or Invite an owner for someone who can also invite and remove people.
- Press Send in WhatsApp or Send in Messages and pick who to send it to, or copy the link.
They tap it, sign in with Google or an emailed code, and land on Requests. The link works once, for 14 days. Cancel stops one that hasn't been used.
An owner can remove someone from the office. There's always at least one owner.
