See who's off
Requests shows who's off for the next two weeks, day by day, and every request shows who else is off on the same days.
On Requests
The office's Requests page starts with Who's off, next two weeks: each day someone is off, from today, with their first names.
- A name on its own is approved.
- A name with (asked) is still waiting for an answer.
Days with nobody off are left out. Dates are in your company's time zone, which the top of the page names, for example "Dates in Mountain time."
Under it are Waiting (requests to answer), Coming up (approved time off that isn't over, each with Open and a button to tell the crew's group), and History.
On each request
Every request page says who else is off on any of the same days, before you approve: "Also off then: Jen Lau (approved), Ray Ortiz (asked)." Or "Nobody else is off then."
On the Jobber schedule
Approved time off is also an all-day task on each person's Jobber schedule, so the whole office sees it where they book work. See Time off on the Jobber schedule.
For the crew
Crew members see only their own time off. To let everyone know, the approver taps Tell the crew after approving. See Tell the crew in their group.
